"A DREAM A VISION"
ALL THE WORLD SLEPT.
A BLANKET OF STILLNESS, COVERED THE EARTH.
TIME HAD COME UNSTUCK.
I WAS YET BORN, I WAS LONG DEAD.
JOY, AND SORROW HELD HANDS.
TREES BURNED BUT WERE NOT CONSUMED.
THE SUN SHINED AT MIDNIGHT.
I SAT UPON THE STEPS OF MY MOTHER'S HOUSE,
AND WAITED.
