This is seriously strange. The actual voice of the last Czar of Russia. I wonder what he would think of the current Czar? What would Washington think of Obama?

This would be a good plot for a political short story.

Nicolas, and Putin meeting in a train station in Haven...or Hell. The sit, and have a personal conversation about their time in political office. The same with Washington, and Obama.
