"Queen Marilyn",...our Timeline.

A dear friend long ago described Marilyn Monroe as an American secular saint, and or g-ddess. This because she suffered for us. She carried our male sexual obsessions/madness on her back the way a certain carpenter carried a cross. 

She was a complex brilliant soul that was trapped in the values, and needs of the era she was accidentally born into. ...just like the rest of us.

In another timeline she would have been a philosopher Queen ruling over a peaceful progressive peoples.  However born into 'this' timeline's 20th century America with her physical appearance, and this era's values,...Angels wept.

"Hail Queen Marilyn!"
