Wow I need to chill from all this space monster action. Phew where the hell did all that come from? I'm just sitting in front of the keyboard like you, and all this demented mayhem pours out.

ReplyDeleteThe best low-tech cooling system I've experienced was a garden hose punched with tiny holes and mounted above an ice cream stall. It emitted a continuous fine spray that gave coolly blissful relief from the sweltering heat. Might not work too well indoors, what with moisture and mildew problems, but it sure felt great.
